7 Thoughts about Healing and Peace

1. When we take the time to touch shoulders with those we care about, whether it's with words or actions, it makes a difference. Our presence and appropriately caring words help others tremendously during times of loss, painful transitions, and healing.

2. How often do people hold onto grudges and evil thoughts while attempting to visualize themselves into wellness - then wonder why they do not heal? Only a peaceful heart can accept the gift of total healing.

3. Part of healing is releasing your mind from the attack on itself, realizing that the past is a gift to guide you - not imprison you - and allowing yourself to move forward with a peaceful heart.

4. There is authentic unconditional love in every instance of healing, allowing the heart's peace to flow toward others, and knowing that love is the only gift that can outshine fear and despair.

5. Healing requires that we accept ourselves as we are - weaknesses as well as strengths, realizing that we are always growing and learning, and accepting that we do have the ability to heal, that our deepest essence is love.

6. A broken spirit can heal through accepting the graces of love, joy, and peace. This healing cannot occur through schemes of a human mind, which caused the brokenness. Allow your heart to grow wings. Savor every moment of life and reflect deeply on each experience. Celebrate the peaks and valleys. Become aware of the authentic joy that continually binds moment to moment.

7. By sharing peace with others, you will be made more aware of the serenity and tranquility within you. At peace, we become conscious of the Creator's unconditional and ever-present love. Then we can respond to life situations with love and positive courses of action.
