Do not try to become anything.
Do not make yourself into anything.
Do not be a meditator.
Do not become enlightened.
When you sit, let it be.
When you walk, let it be.
Grasp at nothing.
Resist nothing.
Do not make yourself into anything.
Do not be a meditator.
Do not become enlightened.
When you sit, let it be.
When you walk, let it be.
Grasp at nothing.
Resist nothing.

“Look
not to the faults of others, nor to their omissions and commissions.
But rather look to your own acts, to what you have done and left
undone.”

True love is the desire to maintain
the happiness of all beings impartially,
regardless of whether we like them or not.

If you want to know the future, look at what you're doing in the present.

And remember -
~ Buddhist Wisdom~
And remember -
There
is a time for being alone and a time for being surrounded by the people
you love; a time for joy and a time for sorrow; a time for being
vigorous, and a time for being exhausted; a time for being safe, and a
time for being in danger… “A time to be born and a time to die, a time
to plant and a time to uproot, a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to
dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to
embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, a time to search and a
time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear
and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak.” ~
Ecclesiastes 3:2-7.
There
is a time for everything, and the more we learn to accept and embrace
this truth, the more peace we will feel in our hearts and the easier it
will become for us to deal with life’s many changes and challenges.
