I have tried to create a website, from scratch, without
any help and I can tell you that I know absolutely nothing about website
design. However, I have managed to get something up and now I want to expand on
this, and I hope to generate a few good articles on education.
What is amazing is how much information there is on the
internet, it is mind-boggling, to say the
least. I guess I am following the footsteps of the internet giants and hoping
to make a difference. It is not easy, especially when your knowledge is
limited, but it is exciting to see the results, even if it is not a "state
of the art" or "dynamic" website. My website is rather plain and
given the fact that it's my first try, I
can only hope to expand and turn the pages into friendlier
reading experience.
New websites appear daily and my next step will be to
find out how I can generate an income. What I do find annoying, though, is all these “pop-up”
ads that never stop appearing when one is trying to concentrate or read an
article. I hope I can find advertisers that do not want pop-up ads, rather
something simple and plain, just enough information to grab attention.
I have tried to get advertising on my blogs, but that is
another story. I understand that there are rules and regulations to protect the
public and although this blog “FunWithDee” is a relatively regular blog with
information that is either inspirational
or educational does not quality. My
other blog “Laura’s Page” was disqualified for advertising due to the nature of
the articles. I accept that and continue to write newsworthy articles for that
blog. However, what I do not understand is that this blog has not qualified and
although I have submitted a request at the beginning of December 2016, the response remains the same. I don't know why they say three days, maybe they meant three months.
Anyway, I am trying, and I guess that is all that matters. My website – Eduknowledge is up and running and what I am
going to do is try to sell EBooks as well. I just have to figure out how to get
this done, but with perseverance it can
work. I have millions of eBooks and believe that I can contribute to some of
the people who enjoy reading.
