This week: 300 meals served, 25kg of rescued market produce, 10 new monthly givers, 5 graded readers donated for Mrs Mahlangu's list, and one new reading buddy.
Behind those numbers: a teacher who keeps sending children with notes that say "Start here". A 16-year-old who brings a pencil so kids can count their right answers. A volunteer who cooks three mornings a week and still makes it to her own shift.
We share the figures so you can see where your support goes. We share the people because they're the ones doing the work.
