The Benefits of Garlic plus recipes to try

I have been reading an informative article about garlic and wanted to share with you. Besides the significant health benefits, garlic can cure cancer.  Read the entire article there is a link below.
Garlic we know does add interesting flavor, aroma and taste to food, as well as nutrition. Some people do not enjoy the taste of garlic, and this can be added to food while cooking, this will reduce the flavor. Although it is always, best to add near the end of the cooking process to preserve the highest amount of health benefits and flavor.

I found a few recipes using garlic in Dips. Give it a try.
Blue Cheese Garlic Dip
1 12 oz jar refrigerated blue cheese dressing
1 4.5 oz can tiny shrimp -- rinsed and chopped
Four green onions -- thinly sliced
Two cloves garlic -- minced
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco®® sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with vegetables, crackers or hot wings. Makes about 2 cups of dip.

Bean and Garlic Dip

1 Clove Garlic -- minced
1 1/2 Teaspoons Red Chiles; Ground
1/4 Teaspoon Salt Pepper -- to taste
* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned.
