So, say these 5 things to yourself every morning when you wake up!
Replace negative talk with positive talk. It takes practice and you
may not notice a difference right away. But, it will happen if you keep
at it! You’ll notice a difference in your outlook on life and your
life itself!
1. Today is gonna be a great day!
Every day is a fresh start. The possibilities are endless! Why not
start off by telling yourself that, no matter what, today is going to be
a great day?
It doesn’t have to be the best day, just one of many great days to come.
So, start your day off right by telling yourself this before any
negativity at all can make you feel otherwise.
2. Yesterday is gone
Like I said, today is a fresh start. Yesterday is over. Let the past
stay in the past. You can’t change what happened, but you can control
what happens today. Learn from the past, focus on today, and move
forward.
3. I am strong
I’m not referring to physical strength. While you may benefit from a
strong, healthy body, being strong in mind is incredibly important.
Being emotionally strong will help you to face your fears, handle the
problems that come up and deal with everyday stresses. You are in
charge of your life. Choose to be strong!
4. I can do this!
You may not always succeed in your endeavors, but you will be a success
because you tried. So, tell yourself this every morning and you will
find the determination to do your best every single day no matter the
circumstances.
5. I am enough
Nobody
is perfect. We all have flaws. But you are enough! You are good
enough, pretty enough, smart enough and kind enough. Perfection is not
necessary. Set achievable goals with the knowledge that you are
surrounded by people who love and support you just the way you are!
